Teppanyaki restaurant in Osaka/Namba
OPERA Namba

Greetings

This is a small teppanyaki restaurant standing in a back alley of Namba.
We are particular about each ingredient and offer a wide selection of carefully chosen wines.
We have courses available for a wide range of occasions, from daily meals to business entertaining and anniversaries.
Our reservation-only lunch is also well-received.
Our signature finish is authentic soba.

Commitment

  • Teppanyaki with a focus on ingredients.

Starting with carefully selected Wagyu beef, we take pride in each ingredient, including long-aged and richly flavored locally sourced products, and grill them to perfection, showcasing the unique deliciousness of teppanyaki.

  • The finale is authentic soba.

The soba noodles that were a specialty of "TEPPAN, Wine, and Soba Tsunagu," which used to operate in the same location.
Due to many requests from our customers, we have decided to offer them at OPERA as well.
We have carefully crafted them using Hokkaido's Rausu kelp and a unique blend of several types of bonito flakes, focusing on the quality of the ingredients. Please enjoy!

  • We are particular about our vegetables.

Our vegetables are sourced from all over the country, offering ingredients that are distinctly different from others.
We have aged potatoes and mushrooms that are produced by only one maker in Japan.
